At RIPIT Grips, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect hold on your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the grips are unused and in their original packaging, then securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
